What is FBA’s Stranded Inventory Percentage?
Inventory can get stranded if it is not processed properly or gets suppressed. When this happens, it starts incurring storage fees but cannot be sold because the product listing is not active.
Your performance is measured by the percentage of your FBA inventory units that are currently not available for purchase on Amazon. This is called the “Stranded Inventory Percentage”.
The other metric to consider is the number of Stranded Units, which shows the total number of units without an active listing, and the “Fix Listings” button, which indicates the SKU units without an active listing. These are sorted using the Fix Stranded Inventory option.

What is FBA’s In-Stock Rate?
In-stock rate measures how successfully you keep popular goods in stock.
This applies only to FBA goods sold within the last 60 days. It does not take into account units without sales or products that have been fulfilled by the seller themselves (that is, products for which you handle storage, packaging and shipping).
In Seller Central, this metric is displayed on the inventory dashboard and is updated daily. Maintaining an in-stock rate of 90–100 per cent is considered optimal.
